 There are multiple tickets that are closed but have incorrect milestones.

 One such instance are closed tickets with the
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/query?status=closed&group=resolution&milestone=Tor%3A+0.3.%3F%3F%3F
 Tor: 0.3.???] milestone. The recent renaming of this milestone changed
 tickets that were closed for years in some cases.

 Other instances are closed tickets with the
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/query?status=closed&group=resolution&milestone=Tor%3A+unspecified
 Tor: unspecified] and
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/query?status=closed&group=resolution&milestone=Tor%3A+very+long+term
 Tor: very long term] milestone.
