 ... but  ExtORPort auto  will listen on all network interfaces!

 If you must to restrict the transport ports to one network interface, I
 believe you still must use the
  ServerTransportListenAddr obfs4 IPADDRESS:PORT-FOR-OBFS4
 instead. Nevertheless, you should select a random port number.
