 The libc++ CMake bug got fixed upstream:
 https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=28831#c3. (Currently their bugzilla
 is demanding a login to even view the bug, but it just says "Fixed in
 !r280037. Please reopen if you run into any trouble.")

 we are currently on] ~!r247359 (which I chose to be contemporaneous with
