 Thanks for letting me know, I have added them to the fallbacks branch for
 0.2.9 in ticket #18828.

 None of your relays' IP addresses were in the hard-coded list in Tor
 0.2.8:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor.git/tree/src/or/fallback_dirs.inc?h=maint-0.2.8

 So now is a good time to update their IP addresses, before we select new
 fallbacks for 0.2.9.

 Please let me know when you have the new addresses, and I'll update them
 in the fallback branch.
