 tor data is located in:
   /data/data/org.torproject.android/app-bin/torrc

 but:
  - u need to be root to get there
  - but orbot uses  also "shared preferences" for config
 /data/data/org.torproject.android/shared_prefs/org.torproject.android_preferences.xml
