 > On Windows 7 home premium x64. When running the download file there are
 no error messages and looks like it extracted correctly because the final
 window appears and I can click the Finish button to close.

 Forgot to write that the Start Messenger.exe is missing an icon in the
 extracted directory.

 Related maybe is that it also won't start when I run Start Messenger.exe.
