 goes through SIGINT places while routing, developers should make the
 slider to avoid exit nodes of known surveillance places and for hops
 developers should make the slider to avoid nodes basing on user location.
 Not under surveillance but located in any country nearby should be better
 than Five Eyes in all hops.
 2) It should be posted on the main page for discussion while developers
 make the slider.
 3) New Identity give same countries in a row or same entry/exit.
