 Linux and Win32 test bundles are here:

 I'm rebuilding based off 5.5a2 so that I can have OSX bundles, but what's
 there should be enough to verify functionality (Testing on 32 bit Windows
 showed a mostly localized Tor Browser). The Transifex data looks like it
 predates 4.5, so will need to be updated for some of the things added
 recently (Eg: `New Tor Circuit For This Site...`, `Green Onion Menu` and a
 few other things were in English).

 However, there is light at the end of an overly long tunnel, since the
 changes I made for #10140 appear to fix the build system that was blocking
 this process.
