 iwakeh, the `README.md` was mostly there to make it easy to reproduce the
 steps I did for building package.  Or really, they were there as note to
 myself.  These instructions wouldn't go into a real package repository.  I
 just created an issue on GitHub to make that clearer.  Thanks for the
 feedback!
