 Great, it sounds like the unhandled error issue is a txtorcon thing, and
 now has a ticket there.

 I did indeed try the --update-resources thing, and it seems to have
 worked. But, why does the ooni deb not work with the file that is there?
 Or not auto update itself as needed, if it needs that? Or not tell me in
 the documentation that it will need that?

 I have changed the title of the ticket to be the remaining issue.
