 The Wily Werewolf release is scheduled for
 [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WilyWerewolf/ReleaseSchedule October 22nd 2015]
 and its files are already present in the repository. My suggestion is to
 replace the Utopic Unicorn configuration with a Wily Werewolf
 configuration.
