 The PCPHS (Point-Click-Publish Hidden Service) component was created for
 what was later called Stormy.  We can probably delete the PCPHS component
 now.

 Cc'ing saint, the Stormy author.  What do you think, saint?

 Once saint ACKs this, I'll remove the component.
