 At one of the website related sessions at the dev meeting, we decided
 there's a need to enable some general anonymized stats to demonstrate the
 number of visits and downloads from the torproject website.

 I realize this is a work in process, but thought I'd still open a 'parent'
 ticket to keep record of the process.
