Comment:

 I think we can close this ticket. We did successfully investiguate the
 lifetime of IPs and out of this we removed the intro point adaptative
 algorithm to avoid popularity leak. We also changed the number of INTRO2
 cells it takes before rotating the IP in part due to these results.

 I vote that we close this and call it done.
