 I tried to send a note (in jabber) to somebody that I had done an OTR
 connection with days ago. The other side replied with
 {{{
 ?OTR Error:Error processing message
 }}}
 So I clicked on the lock, and selected 'Refresh private conversation'.
 Then it said:
 {{{
 10:18:46 PM - Attempting to refresh the private conversation with
 xxx at jabber.ccc.de.
 10:18:49 PM - Successfully refreshed the private conversation with
 xxx at jabber.ccc.de.
 10:18:49 PM - The last message to %S was resent.
 }}}

 Looks like that last string was meant to be passed into something that
 interprets it, not just given to me literally? (I'm guessing this is a bug
 with arlo's ctypes-otr.)
