 Attached is the patch that makes things work (the one in #16150 needs to
 get applied first, though). In order to get the build going the proper
 versions file needs to get adapted pointing to the ESR 38 branch one wants
 to use (this in turn might make it necessary to change the repo used for
 Tor Browser in fetch-inputs.sh until we have a branch there).
