 Now that Isabela is helping with getting new contracts and tasklists and
 so on going, and is a major person working on keeping our funders
 informed, I think we should give her an account in corp-svn.

 I'm putting this in component 'operations' first, since it's a thing we
 should do; once (if) Nick agrees, I'm actually not sure what the next step
 is. But I bet weasel would have a useful hint.
