 Careful! Most of these mails are receipts from Paypal, Amazon, etc. We
 send the human to a page thanking them for the donation -- or rather,
 Paypal or Amazon do. Or rather, I hope they do but it has been years since
 I checked, and it's totally possible that it doesn't happen anymore. If it
 doesn't, that's a bug that somebody should fix.

 It would not add much to send a a soulless form email to these donors. Not
 to mention that an auto-reply would get in a fight with Paypal's auto-
 reply if we do it poorly.

 I think we do want to have a person who grows this donor community,
 including making them feel loved, helping them get their questions
 answered, getting them onto whatever lists they're comfortable being on so
 we can draw on their help later too. It's not clear to me that making them
 into tickets, and sending a template back, buys us much in the meantime.
