 I am on Windows 7 x64, not running an anti-virus app, or the firewall --
 just recently turned it off to see if Tor would connect without it --
 and the funny thing is, it was working fine two weeks and a few days
 ago, but this started after upgrading to 4.5 and haven't been able
 to connect since.  Tried downloading 4.5 again but running it from
 another drive, and get the same error message.

 I tried the following which could be found in another message, but it does
 nothing at all:

 1. Start a Command Prompt (cmd.exe) and cd to Tor Browser\Browser (the
 folder that contains firefox.exe).
 2. At the command prompt, type: firefox -console -jsconsole

 So what the heck is going on, because, like I said before, it was
 working fine until after the update to 4.5!
