 The nasa.gov rule is partially broken. Specifically, the target

 marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov

 redirects to

 d1p01lglytwktu.cloudfront.net

 But that cloudfront.net site is no longer active. So browsing to the
 marsrovers site results in a page not found error.
