#15891: Wrong address tested for reachability
-------------------------+------------------------------------
 Reporter: tmpname0901 | Owner:
     Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone: Tor: 0.2.6.x-final
Component: Tor | Version: Tor: 0.2.6.7
 Keywords: | Actual Points:
Parent ID: | Points:
-------------------------+------------------------------------
After displaying the correct IP address, as read from the relay config
file, Tor attempts to verify the reachability of a different address. See
 below.

I have no idea where this bogus 198.105.254.68 address is coming from.
The last line below is followed by a stream of warnings that
198.105.254.68:9001 and 198.105.254.68:9030 cannot be reached. No
surprise there, as it is not the address I specified.
