 Another thing I noticed: Pressing the Alt-key alone makes my menu bar
 visible/hidden. Alas, this happens quite often if I am trying to switch
 windows with Alt + TAB or using some browser shortcuts and am failing in
 both cases. The side-effect is that my window is getting smaller every
 time which is quite confusing.
