 When we discussed it at the Valencia meeting, Yawning and I both found our
 announcements to tor-relays@ to feel rather ineffectual, like no one was
 listening (and also that we had to repeat the same information
 constantly). However, I think you're correct that having ''two'' mailing
 lists is going to solve neither of those problems. I talked with Yawning
 again, and we both agreed to continue to use tor-
 relays at lists.torproject.org for bridge-operator-related announcements.
