 You can pull the fingerprints from the Globe links in the most recent meek
 costs email: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-
 dev/2015-March/thread.html. I was going to make a bridge_prefs.js patch
 and everything, but it got delayed, so you can just snarf those
 fingerprints if you want.
