 Yes, I encountered this several times with meek-google, which I maintain.
 It occurred when I migrated the Tor/meek instance to a more reliable
 machine. Deleting the file was one solution that sometimes worked, another
 was copying over the old file that was known to be working. The issue was
 hard to debug, and I look forward to seeing this fixed.
