 973661394abc393e3dfd5b82de86659ecadc72a4.  The commits merged as part of
 it were:
  * Only expose clean_backtrace() if we'll implement it (211b8cc)

  * tor_addr_from_sockaddr() is applicable in ipfw code, so use it.
