 Sounds like a fine idea to have such a list, and thanks for offering to
 run it.

 The only thing that I'm not sure about is the list name `tor-es@` and
 hence the missing indication what things will be discussed on the list.
 It seems most likely that there will be Spanish-only-speaking users on
 that list, maybe together with Spanish-only-speaking relay operators.  How
 about we call it `tor-users-es@` or `tor-talk-es@`?

 Another issue with the name `tor-es@` is that language abbreviations might
 conflict with other very short list names.  For example, there's already a
 `tor-qa@`, and even though there's no `qa` language, people might not
 think of that list as a topic-oriented list rather than a language-
 oriented one.  And what if we'd want to add a list for pluggable
 transports called `tor-pt@`, but there's already a list for Portuguese?
 I'd rather want to avoid that.

 I'd also want to hear Damian's input here, because this decision defines
 the namespace for future non-English lists.
