 There is a Hypno-OONI at api.ooni.io (currently at
 http://api.ooni.io/images/ooni-loader.352bd9f5.svg). The hole cut out to
 make its eye transparent is a little too big, so a bit of the eye effect
 leaks into the background, making the illusion less convincing.
