 the ruleset gives me trouble as get.cm https cert expired on last april
 and subsequently moved to https://download.cyanogenmod.org/ or other
 cyanogenmod sites (automatically redirected from get.cm if connected
 without http) but ruleset wants to force https and browser gives me
 certificate warning that way
