 #OtherAdd-Ons is written that before installing a new add-on the TorBirdy
 developers should review the add-on. I want to install the add-on Change
 quote and reply format (https://freeshell.de//~kaosmos/changequote-
 en.html) can you check the add-on if it is safe.
