Comment:

 Today Chad told us we were good to go.

 Mike Perry wrote a set of bug categories for Tor Browser, and asn wrote a
 set for little-t-tor.

 We don't yet know what the total is that OTF is willing to pay -- that is,
 we know how much per bug, but not how many payouts they'll do. We should
 try to learn that at some point.

 Karsten tentatively volunteered to help configure the site and coordinate
 who gets told about incoming bugs.
