 From [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/proposals/220-ecc-id-
 keys.txt proposal #220] and
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/proposals/228-cross-
 certification-onionkeys.txt proposal #228], Ed25519 relay (and bridge)
 keys were added. BridgeDB is going to need to be able to work with the
 keys in these descriptors and verify the signatures they create.
