 It seems that this may have issues with our updater. On Linux, the update
 appears to download correctly, and Browser/updates/0/update.status
 transitions to 'applied', but if I go in to the Torbutton menu and select
 "Check for updates" after this point, it tries to download the update
 again, and it seems to become corrupted and fails. The update directory
 gets emptied out, and the update does not apply after restart.

 I think this might actually be a bug in the "Check for update" shortcut
 itself. Continuing to investigate..
