 We were looking through
 https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer#projects
 tonight and noticed that chutney and exitmap are interesting reasonably
 active projects that aren't on the list.

 (Trunnel might also be in this category one day. I don't know if it is
 yet. Probably not yet.)
