Comment:

 Reopening. I'm still getting bounces for tor-exec at . Apparently listadmin
 for tor-exec are arma, atagar, karsten and nickm. Rather, it should be
 arma, nickm, and wseltzer. Also wseltzer would like the list to accept
 bccs ("implicit destination") but she can tweak that after we've updated
 the list ownership.
