 Sounds good. (Matt and David tell me that when we cannibalize a rendezvous
 circuit for the client side, we just use whatever three-hop internal
 circuit is lying around. So if we aim to have one lying around, and ready
 to cannibalize in-place whenever we need it, that should be good enough.)
