 tor_0.2.5.12-1~d70.wheezy+1_amd64 can open the tor lockfile, but
 tor-0.2.6.9 gets a EROFS error.

 The error happens in the first open() call in tor_open_cloexec, when
 called from tor_lockfile_lock. But I can't work out why.

 aexl will write to tor-dev to provide more information.
