 Hi Nick,

 Ive attempted the rebase, and there are some conflicts that I'm not sure I
 can resolve with 100% certainty of not screwing something up. Thus, I've
 attached the patches that are new, and will let someone more familiar with
 the history of changes to master do the rebase.
