 I've started a new rebased branch, consdiff-6. What I've done so far:

 * Rebase against master and fix numerous conflicts
 * Replace usage of deprecated test_* functions
 * Replace usage of deprecated legacy_test_helper

 Of course I still have all the fixes suggested above left to do. But those
 were the first steps to get my consdiff branch back up compiling and
 passing the tests :)
