 It could be wise to remove apt-cacher-ng(8) as a dependency from gitian-
 builder. Build errors accompanying this dependency

 advantage of apt-cacher-ng(8) ability to abstract (and thus help
 anonymize) downloads as well as reduce traffic, it should be '''used by
 default unless missing''' on the build system or '''explicitly
 disabled.'''

 If it's too difficult to make this dependency optional, or if most
 builders aren't having problems with apt-cacher-ng(8), then close this
 ticket.
