New description:

Users keep asking the help desk team about how can they run exit relays on
 the major OSes.

Existing documentation [1][2][3] are of course useful but very technical.
What's needed is a very simple step by step page that explains to less
technical folks how to run exits, the risk of running them and how to keep
these nodes in good shape on the major OSes.

One approach we can take is to write one guide that explains how to run
bridges/middle relays that has a section about exit relays. What would be
most useful is an example torrc file for each relay type the user can just
copy/paste then modify few option (ex: nickname, contact info, etc..)
