 The current stable version of Tor is 0.2.5.10, but Vidalia Bridge Bundle,
 Vidalia Relay Bundle and Vidalia Exit Bundle for Microsoft Windows (as
 linked in the "Download Tor" page at URL
 https://www.torproject.org/download/download.html.en) contain Tor version
 0.2.4.23.
