 Although I'm not a FreeBSD user, the
 [https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/pkgng-
 intro.html FreeBSD handbook] seems to confirm this way of installing
 software. I've fixed this and #14880 in this
 [https://github.com/ilv/tpo/tree/download-unix_minor-fixes branch].
