 There was a FIXME in control-spec.txt for the Tor version that introduced
 the AUTHCHALLENGE command. Turns out the command was introduced in commit
 e111e371b4f44456182e7f237837a0f9466487cd and `git describe` tells us this
 Tor 0.2.3.13-alpha. Attached patch fixes it.
