Comment:

 Actually, I did some minor fixes in the text and adjusted the sample reply
 so it fits in less than 80 characters. I think the ticket should be
 closed. There is more stuff to be added after we update the reply template
 and also when we deploy more distribution channels, but I'll reopen the
 ticket (or create a new one?) when that happens.
