 No... and that's my own fault. I run tor on an Arch system but I setup the
 chroot on a Gentoo system. The libgcc_s.so file is in a different folder
 there and I didn't notice that. I copied all ldd listed files to the
 chroot but missed that dlopen file.

 I will try again with the proper libraries included.
