 With that new script run in a folder that only contains that script it
 runs for a while and then failes with this:
 Running:
         pip install -v --timeout 60 pyasn1 pyasn1-modules
 SUCCESS
 Running:
         pip install -v --timeout 60 -r /home/lars/<the
 folder>/requirements.txt
 FAIL
 COMBINED STDOUT/STDERR OUTPUT OF FAILED COMMAND:
 Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
 '/home/lars/<the folder>/requirements.txt'
