 No. I was just documenting that fteproxy will be the only obfsproxy user
 in TBB 4.5 (once I merge/tag some code), so it will be the only PT
 affected by the gigantic mess that is py2exe/python on Windows.

 (obfsX/ScrambleSuit will all use a different Golang codebase that is a lot
 easier to build/package.)
