 Here's another vote for making the slider easier to find -- in particular,
 if the user wants to not run javascript, then we need to make it likely
 that she will be able to set this before loading any pages.

 My original vision had been for it to be on the "connect or configure"
 screen -- I thought of it less as a configuration option and more of a
 "what type of user are you" option. But I grant that the tradeoff there is
 that soon we'll want to put everything on that initial screen.

 While I'm at it: I wonder if we should have a phrase like "better
 usability" go with "low security", and a phrase like "lower usability" or
 "breaks some browser functionality" to go with "high security". As it is
 now, of course we all should want higher security, since there's no
 downside, right?
