 I just pushed another commit to that branch which adds `getHostname()`
 methods to `DirSourceEntry` and `RelayNetworkStatusVote`.  It's a trivial
 change and probably doesn't require much review, but I thought I'd mention
 it here before merging it together with the other changes.  Let me know if
 it breaks something I didn't think of.
